Bearcats and Titans Claim LEL Weekly Honors

Impressive performances for this Weeks LEL Student Athlete of the Week Honors as members of the Bedford and Lorain Schools were recognized. See Award Winners below:

• Senior Football Player Ocir Kimble @ Lorain HS. Ocir’s impact in a 35-27 win over Firestone was felt on both sides of the ball. Ocir rushed for 120 yards on 13 carries, averaging 9.2 yards per carry, and had 2 rushing Touchdowns. Ocir also had 2 catches for 55 yards, giving him 175 total yards for the game.Defensively Ocir had 6 tackles and 1 Interception.
• Freshman Cross Country Runner Ryan Cunningham @ Bedford HS. He shaved two minutes off his 5k time in his first high school race this past Saturday at Cleveland Heights Invitational.
