In the Pre-Season Coaches Poll, the Cleveland Heights Tigers were chosen to win the Lake Erie League Boys Basketball Crown for the final time as they along with Shaker Heights will be moving to the Greater Cleveland Conference next fall. Below are the Previews for Each Lake Erie League Team:
