- Our skill flexibility and mindsets will be the difference this season. My goal is to challenge the girls in those two areas and to keep them out of their comfort zones; to get them to expect more from themselves as individuals and their teammates. This has been something very unfamiliar to them, a mindsets shift, to build team chemistry.
