Mia Compton-Engle becomes LEL Girls Runner of the Week

Congratulations to Senior Mia Compton-Engle on becoming the LEL Girls Runner of the Week.  The Lady Red Raider had an impressive showing at the Seneca East Tiger Invitational this past Saturday as she ran a personal best of 18:18 and that times was able to secure 1st place finish for the event. With Mia’s 1st place finish, she was able to help guide her team to a Team Championship at Seneca.
