Santiago and Wheatley Claim LEL POW Honors

Junior Wrestler Xavier Santiago of Lorain High School and Senior A’Mari Wheatley of Warrensville Heights were selected as the LEL Players of the Week.

Junior Wrestler at 113 Pounds Xavier Santiago claimed the Male LEL POW Vote with over 1600 Votes this week.  Xavier went 5 -0 with 5 pins to win championship at the titan classic for his weight class.

Senior Shooting Guard A’mari Wheatley of Warrensville Heights dropped an impressive 24 points and 5 assists vs Bedford High School. She also made four three pointers and has made 16 through four games.
